Husqvarna Viking Adjustable 1/4" Foot

Replaces discontinued Quilter's 1/4" Piecing Foot "P" 412785545.

Sew a perfect 1/4" seam when using the Husqvarna Viking Adjustable 1/4" Foot. Follow the edge of your fabric along the right edge of the foot for a perfect 1/4" seam. Red lines mark 1/4" & 1/8" pivot points in front of and behind the needle for turning flawless corners. Use the Husqvarna Viking Adjustable 1/4" Foot for topstitching garments and for sewing craft projects as well.

What makes this foot different than the standard 1/4" foot and "adjustable" is that the needle opening is slightly wider. This width allows you to move the needle position slightly left or right (up to three positions) to achieve a perfect 1/4" seam. This allows you to sew a scant 1/4" seam or if your machine's needle is not dead center as it should be, you can move the needle to have an accurate 1/4" seam. NOTE: You can use the straight stitch needle plate only with the center needle position. To sew a scant 1/4" seam, you will need to use your standard zig-zag needle plate.
